This section outlines the delivery terms of the services provided by Website. Website assists clients in preparing and submitting applications for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization), which is required for travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.
To complete the application process on Website, the following steps must be taken:
Accurately fill out the ESTA application form on the Website
Make an electronic payment on the Website
The payment is processed in real-time. Once your payment is successfully completed, Website will begin processing your ESTA application and send you the results or a status update by email.
Service Fees and Processing Time
ESTA applications are processed for a standard service fee of USD 98.00 or EUR 95.00, which includes the non-refundable U.S. government fee of USD 21.00.
For this fee, you will receive an email from the Website team with your application results within 3 U.S. working days, provided that:
Your application is filled out correctly
The documents submitted meet the required standards
In some cases, processing may take longer if there are delays within the U.S. government systems. Such delays are rare and outside the control of Website.
For faster processing, Website offers a Priority Rush ESTA service for a total fee of USD 118.00 or EUR 116.00, which also includes the USD 21.00 government fee. This service is typically completed within 1 U.S. working day, though delays may occur depending on government systems, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Important Notice
Once your application has been submitted and processing has started, the service fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information that results in a rejection by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Website is not responsible. In such cases, both the service fee and the U.S. government fee are non-refundable.
Email Delivery and Communication
We will deliver your ESTA application result by email. To ensure smooth communication, we recommend the following:
Check your email settings and ensure you have enough space to receive new messages
Add info@travelauthorize.com to your contacts to prevent emails from going to your spam folder
If you have any questions about our delivery terms, please email info@travelauthorize.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the client’s email settings, full inbox, or spam filtering.
Service Completion
The service is considered delivered and completed at the moment the client receives an email with the result of the ESTA application.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the compliance of submitted documents. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the rejection of the application.
Important Travel Reminders
When traveling to the United States, take note of your ESTA application number, as some airlines may request it at check-in.
Your ESTA is electronically linked to the passport used in your application. If you receive a new passport, you must apply for a new ESTA.
