1. About Us
Website is an independent organization that provides tips for safe travel and border crossing, as well as assistance with the U.S. ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) application process. Website is not affiliated with any government agency or authority. The services offered by Website are designed to simplify and streamline the application process for travelers eligible under the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (VWP).
2. Scope of Services
Website provides:
Assistance with completing and submitting applications for travel authorizations (ESTA)
Review of submitted information to reduce errors
Correction of transcription or logic mistakes
Customer support throughout the application process
Travel advice for safe travel and entry into the United States
The services offered by Website do not guarantee approval of any application, as all decisions are made by the U.S. government, specifically U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Additional services may be available and are listed on the Website.
3. Use of Our Services
By using the services of Website, you agree to the following:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Use the Website and services only for lawful purposes
Not impersonate any person or submit false or misleading information
By proceeding to use the Website to complete your ESTA application, you agree to the handling of your application as required by the U.S. government and authorize Website to confirm your acceptance of the ESTA terms and conditions as outlined.
The contract between you and Website takes effect once all required information has been submitted and payment has been successfully made by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the checkout page. The contract will not take effect if incorrect information is provided or if the payment is declined (e.g. card limit exceeded, incorrect card details, or blocked card).
Website is committed to delivering services to a high standard. If you have concerns, our complaint handling process is in place to ensure your issue is addressed seriously and fairly.
Website reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at its sole discretion, and for any reason.
4. Payment and Fees
All fees for services provided by Website are clearly displayed on the Website. Payment must be made in full at the time of application submission.
Fees charged by Website cover the service we provide, including the mandatory U.S. government ESTA fee, which we pay directly to the relevant authority on your behalf. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
You will be charged for each individual ESTA application submitted. This charge includes all applicable costs, including the U.S. government ESTA fee of $21 and any indirect taxes (if applicable). The fee becomes due at the time of payment and is non-refundable, even if the application is rejected due to incorrect or false information.
Before submitting your application, you will see a full breakdown of the service fee and total price.
The standard processing fee for a U.S. ESTA application is USD 98.00 or EUR 95.00, which includes the non-refundable $21 U.S. government fee.
Once the application is correctly submitted and your documents meet the required standards, you will receive your results via email from the Website team within 3 U.S. working days. Please note that processing times depend on the U.S. government system. Delays caused by the authorities are outside our control but are uncommon.
For faster service, Website offers a Priority Rush ESTA application option at a fee of USD 118.00 or EUR 116.00, which also includes the $21 government fee. In most cases, you will receive the results within 1 U.S. working day or sooner, depending on how quickly the government processes the application. However, processing time is ultimately controlled by the U.S. authorities, not Website.
Important Notice: Once processing of your application begins, the service fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. If the application is denied because of incorrect or poor-quality documents submitted by the customer, Website is not responsible. In such cases, both the service and government fees are non-refundable.
You may pay in USD or EUR using the available payment options on the Website. If you choose to pay in another currency, your financial institution will handle the currency conversion automatically. Your card provider may apply a foreign transaction fee. The converted amount and any additional charges will be shown on your card statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Website does not perform any currency conversions.
Additional transaction or card-use fees may be charged by your bank or card provider. Website has no control over these additional fees.
No other hidden charges apply. By clicking the payment button, you confirm and accept the total fee charged by Website.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The application has not yet been processed by Website
A technical issue caused by Website prevents the completion of your application
Once your application has been submitted to the government authority, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@travelauthorize.com.
6. Disclaimer of Affiliation
Website is a private organization and is not affiliated with any government agency. The information and services provided on the Website are intended for informational and assistance purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Website and its employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for:
Any denial of an ESTA application by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
Errors or omissions in the information provided by the user
Delays caused by technical or administrative issues beyond our control
Our total liability for any claim related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Website.
Website acts solely as an intermediary, submitting ESTA applications on your behalf through the official U.S. government platform. We do not offer legal advice.
Our service is limited to reviewing your submitted information, helping correct basic errors, and transmitting your application to the appropriate U.S. authority. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from delays, rejections, or revocations of travel authorization — including consequences such as missed flights or trip cancellations.
We cannot be held liable for any delay or denial caused by the U.S. government’s ESTA system, or for situations where a traveler is denied boarding due to an invalid passport, missing ESTA, or other incomplete travel documentation. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they meet all entry and document requirements before finalizing travel arrangements.
All applications submitted through the Website require the applicant (or a representative) to complete mandatory steps, including answering required questions and submitting payment. By submitting your information, you confirm that you are over the age of 16 or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
While Website submits your application promptly, delays in approval from the U.S. government may occasionally occur. These delays are outside our control but are rare.
8. Compliance With Security Standards
We are committed to ensuring the highest level of security for your data and transactions. All payment information is protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption to safeguard your personal and financial details. Our payment processing practices fully comply with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), ensuring that your cardholder data is handled with the strictest security measures.
For added protection, we use 3D Secure authentication. If your bank and merchant account support the 3D Secure system, you will be redirected to your card issuer to confirm your payment using your 3D Secure password. If you are unsure about this password, please contact your card issuer directly.
When processing your payment on a checkout page, you will be asked to enter your card details only once and only on this page to authorize the transaction. Your card data will be securely processed using a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway, ensuring your information remains safe and confidential at all times.
